Who we are

StyleImprint is a Shopify app developed and operated by Xillentech. The app adds structured product information blocks to your Shopify store's product pages.

What StyleImprint does

StyleImprint uses Shopify's theme app extensions and metafields to display model measurements, fabric composition, care instruction icons, fit badges, and garment measurements on your product pages. It reads and writes data only within your store's Shopify environment.

Your responsibilities

• You're responsible for the accuracy of product information you enter into StyleImprint.
• You must comply with Shopify's Terms of Service while using our app.
• Don't use StyleImprint to display false or misleading product information.
• You're responsible for ensuring your product care and safety claims are accurate.

Subscription and billing

Paid plans are billed monthly through Shopify. You can cancel any time from your Shopify admin. When you cancel, your plan downgrades to Free at the next billing date. No refunds for partial billing periods.

Availability

We aim for high availability but can't guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance and unexpected outages may occasionally affect the app. We'll communicate planned maintenance in advance where possible.

Limitation of liability

StyleImprint is provided "as is." We're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including lost revenue or data loss beyond what's covered by Shopify's own infrastructure guarantees.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We'll notify active subscribers of material changes by email.
